Just a few words to encourage you to press on, continue forward and to celebrate any form of self-care work that you are doing in the garden of your life! You are worth it and so is the outcome you are striving to achieve!
Each day I have the opportunity to sit with people who wish to be better than they were the last time I saw them. Their commitment to dig deep, improve and grow is very encouraging and inspiring to me, and I feel incredibly honored to be a part of their “weekly work out.”
As the scripture below conveys, no matter how much you may be suffering in the “yesterday” of your life experience, please know that God’s mercies are new every morning. What I get from this scripture is that the function of mercy is to alleviate suffering, so each morning, with God’s help, He (and others) help me to focus on how I can heal, improve my life condition, and in the process, to reduce my suffering experience.
So in closing, let me encourage you, and possibly challenge you, to let go of yesterday, focus on what you can work on improving today, and enjoy the edifying fruit of your labor!
